Shipping Policy

All items are made to order and production time may take up to 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday not including holidays), unless stated otherwise. Please play close attention to the production time specified in each product description, as some items may have a longer production time than the one stated above. The times stated to create your product are not including shipping/delivery.

Due to the ​fact that I travel often for work, I will place my shop on "vacation" while I am gone. You may continue to make purchases during this time and will receive a notification that I am on "vacation." The production times listed for each item begin once I return.

Although I will make every attempt to get your product to you ASAP, I am not responsible for the delays caused by shipping providers. If you need a product guaranteed by a certain date, please contact me to arrange for rush production or shipping prior to placing your order.

Shipping will be done through USPS and/or UPS, whichever gives you the best deal! All shipping includes tracking for your convenience unless indicated otherwise.

All shipping is free with a $150 purchase.

If you are ordering Kenosha Police Department merchandise, you may select "KPD Local Delivery" as your shipping office and the items will be dropped off at the department free of charge. The items will be available in the uniform closet near the front desk.

Return & Exchange Policy
All items are handcrafted as individual orders by yours truly. Due to the nature of the handmade process, there may be slight variation from one product to another. Everything I make is done with love and care to deliver a high quality product you love. Since these items are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Keeping the above in mind, if any of the product descriptions or quality are not accurate based on the item you received, please reach out to me ASAP so that I can make your order right.
